波斯饺子叫manti(波斯语拉丁文)，劈头东部伊朗呼罗珊省，古代粟特人创造 的西域美食 ，今天的阿富汗和塔吉克斯坦的传统美食。

波斯饺子分布普遍 ，从波斯传入阿拉伯、土耳其、巴尔干半岛、中亚高加索、欧洲等地。名字都是叫manti来自波斯语。中亚高加索是东部伊朗。

Persian dumplings are called mantu, originating from Khorasan Province in eastern Iran, a Western cuisine invented by ancient Sogdians, and today a traditional food in Afghanistan and Tajikistan.
